In Flashduty On-call
You can obtain an integration push URL through either of the following methods.
Use a dedicated integration
Choose this method when you do not need to route alerts to different channels.Expand

- In the Flashduty console, select Channel and open a channel
- Select Integrations, then click Add integration
- Select Kingsoft Cloud Monitoring, then click Save to create the integration card
- Open the generated card and copy the Push URL
Use a shared integration
Choose this method when you need to route alerts to different channels based on the event payload.Expand

- In the Flashduty console, select Integration Center → Alert Events
- Select Kingsoft Cloud Monitoring and enter an integration name
- Configure the default route and select a channel; after creation, you can add more routing rules under Route
- Click Save and copy the generated Push URL

Configure the alert callback
- Log in to the Kingsoft Cloud console and open Cloud Monitoring
- Select Alarm Service → Alarm Policies, then create a policy or edit an existing one
- Add an Alarm Callback on the policy configuration page and enter the Flashduty integration push URL
- Configure the remaining options as needed, then confirm and save the policy

Verify the integration
Return to the integration list in the Flashduty console. If the integration card displays a latest event time, Flashduty has received an alert from Kingsoft Cloud.
Status and severity
Metric alerts support both firing and recovery notifications. Event alerts only send firing events and do not have corresponding recovery events.
To use a different severity, configure an Alert Processing Pipeline.
Kingsoft Cloud alert policies support multiple callback URLs. Enter the complete push URL displayed on the Flashduty integration card.
